Broomfield, CO – Physical Therapist / Clinic Director
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director with a growing, PT-owned outpatient practice. This position combines direct patient care with leadership and day-to-day clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage patient services and clinical staff
- Support clinic performance, quality, and patient experience
- Perform standard Physical Therapist duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
- 3–5 years of related management experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $85K–$96K base salary
- Up to $20K sign-on/relocation assistance
