Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Options: 8- or 10-hour shifts, or 9-hour shifts with a half-day once per week

Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient practice focused on individualized treatment, quality patient care, and long-term functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide direct physical therapy services
• Educate patients on treatment and recovery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license

Compensation & Benefits:
