Johnstown, CO – Physical Therapist
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time or Part-Time
Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week
Part-Time Hours: 16–29 hours per week
Shift Options: Flexible 8-, 9-, or 10-hour schedules; 9-hour schedule may include a half-day once per week
Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist for a flexible outpatient opportunity with full-time and part-time options available.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide direct patient treatment
- Educate patients on treatment and recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time: $73K–$83K base salary
- Part-Time: $40–$50/hour
- Potential bonus
