Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Options: 8- or 10-hour shifts, or 9-hour shifts with a half-day once per week

Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice offering individualized patient care, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide direct patient treatment
• Educate patients on exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license

Compensation & Benefits:

• $78K–$90K base salary
