Job Description:

• Position: Primary Care (Full-Time)
• Location: Upland, Glen Mills, Sharon Hill
• Start: ASAP - Can start within 30-60 days.
• Procedures: Typical primary care duties.
• Support Staff: multiple on site.
• Schedule: M-F 9a-5p (flexible)
• Credentialing: 30 days or less
